CLINICAL SALES SPECIALIST

Ra Medical is searching for an experienced Clinical Sales Specialist. This is a key position in the market area to reach the strategic goals of the company. The sales territory is Southern California. Some of the major accountabilities are:

• Provide effective clinical training, support, guidance, and proctoring for clinicians and customers
• Coordinate commercialization across the given territory
• Responsible for the sales performance in the given territory
• Help identify commercial sites for Ra Medical
• Assist in establishing procedures in both an Interventional and Surgical environment
• Work closely with customers' medical teams
• Train company sales force and distributors
• Plan and prepare forecasts, as well as propose expenses
• Provide field activity reports on a regular basis
• Attend sales meetings, national sales meetings, and company organized training sessions

We are looking for candidates that have significant experience in interventional cardiology, experience in working in the sterile field, and have high level of clinical skills – preferably medically trained to technician or nurse level. The candidate must also have sales experience in the medical field preferably from related area.
