Ra Medical Seeks Experienced International Field Service Engineer
General Responsibilities
- Responsbile for installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of the Excimer 308 Laser System.
- Conduct training on laser operation and maintenance.
- Report product quality or design related problems and issues in the field.
- Serve as a liason between company engineering and customer, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
Examples of Duties
- This position requires 30-40% time travel worldwide
- Must hold current U.S. Passport and be willing and able to travel to the Middle East.
- Work with electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree BS or higher.
- Knowledge of Laser Systems, ability to troubleshoot, service and repair.
