About Ra Medical
Ra Medical Systems was founded in 2002 and is located in beautiful Carlsbad, CA. We develop, manufacture, and market catheter and excimer laser solutions for patients suffering from peripheral artery disease --- to save lives, limbs, and improve patients’ quality of life.
Our flagship product is a minimally-invasive excimer laser and disposable catheter system that is used by physicians as a tool in the endovascular treatment of vascular blockages resulting from lower extremity vascular disease, a form of peripheral artery disease, or PAD. We believe our products enhance patients’ quality of life by restoring blood flow in arteries.
